Where Creativity Comes to Live
University-adjacent live/create communities for the next generation of artists, creators, and cultural innovators.
Over half of Gen Z and Gen Alpha aspire to careers in music, film, media, design, and digital storytelling. They are talented. They are motivated. But these students are starved for community and space to develop.
Small creative venues and performance spaces are disappearing in a post-COVID world leaving students with limited options to perform, record, or gather.
Traditional academic systems are not evolving fast enough to meet demand for real-world, skill-based creative education and career development.
Students are trapped in silos of algorithms and social feeds, often disconnected from real peers, mentors, and real-world industry access.
STVDIO SPACE builds university-adjacent ecosystems where emerging artists can live, create, and connect all in one place.
Live
Curated student housing purpose-built for creatives. More than a dorm, a home designed around the rhythms of artists, musicians, podcasters, and video producers.

A vibrant ecosystem for student artists, influencers, and entrepreneurs to build their platform.
Each STVDIO SPACE location is built around three integrated components, creating stable cash flow with cultural and economic upside.
Purpose-built residences for creatives. Selected residents share passions in content creation, theater arts, music, and media production.
Podcast studios, recording space, rehearsal rooms, screening access, and performance venue, all bookable via the STVDIO SPACE app.
Local lifestyle businesses and industry partners aligned with the creative community adding a third overlapping revenue stream.
In July 2025, STVDIO SPACE acquired its first location adjacent to the University of Oregon, a mixed-use property centered on the historic Wilcox Building, with the City of Eugene as a co-investor.
We preserve history, add modern elements, and grow revenue in layers. The site plan includes proposed modular student housing, creative production spaces, and mixed-use retail, activating the land without destroying what makes the property special.
